to the point where we need volunteers to help with the event.

  • Volunteer names must by submitted to Connie (info@wvluv.org) by February 1, 2012

 

  • Ladies Unity Night ticket is required; it will be given to you the evening of your training.  Please do not obtain one from your church!

 

  • All volunteers are now required to submit a letter no later than February 15, 2012 from their Pastor stating they are:

-       A Christian

-       Active in their church

-       In good standing in their congregation

 

            Letters should be mailed to:

  • A designated T-Shirt purchased must be worn to the event, with comfortable shoes; preferably no jeans.

Deadline for T-Shirt purchase is February 15, 2012.

 

  • A training meeting is required in order to volunteer in any capacity, even if you have volunteered previously.  Please choose one training session from the two dates noted below:

 

Friday, February 17, 2012, 7:00p at Maryland Community Church (4700 South State Road 46)

 

Monday, February 20, 2012, 7:00p at Maryland Community Church (4700 South State Road 46)

 

  • Event entry time for volunteers will be:

 

-        5:00p sharp on March 9th

        (Failure to enter on time will constitute waiting to enter when doors open.**)

-        12:00p sharp on March 10th

        (Failure to enter on time will constitute waiting to enter when doors open.**)

**Should this situation occur, it is possible we may not be able to use you as a volunteer**

 

  • Guests will not be able to enter early with volunteers.  Guests should enter the normal doors at 6:00p on Friday and 1:00p on Saturday or after.
